No history found on the internet about this place all We know about this site is that it was once a gentlemen’s club but couldn’t tell you when this was changed into a Sailing Club after that We lost track of its history but could tell it was once a outstanding building for its size. It is now being refurbished for housing or a cafe so We were told.

When We were children we always walked past this place on walks around the lake and always wondered what it was. The site isn’t large at all but full of character. It was very easy to enter around the back due to it being a construction site. Once inside there is one main room and a few back rooms with what looks to be an old yard or court yard for the boats. The top floor has also been pulled down to be refitted.
